Action on Hearing Loss is recruiting two community navigators for a new Ambition for Ageing project seeking to reduce social isolation for people living with varying degrees of deafness.

Both roles are home based and require a good understanding of hearing impairment and all its implications, as well as knowledge of the relevant local support services.
