We are living in unprecedented times. The COVID-19 pandemic is a global public health crisis with huge social and economic consequences. It has brought the world to a stand-still whilst governments grapple with the immediate consequences. In the UK it has also laid bare huge health and financial inequalities. But there is some light at the end of the tunnel, and this will end. So: what steps do we need to take on the road to recovery from this global upheaval so that it is not just business as normal, but we emerge stronger than before?
